Shipping & Ordering

• Delivery Lead Time :
• Total Delivery Lead Time = Processing Time + Delivery Time
• Normally, and depending on the delivery location, you may expect to receive your order in approximately 2 – 10 business days from the date you place your order, however we cannot guarantee actual delivery lead time.

• Processing Time :
• Orders received BEFORE 9:00am ( Hong Kong time; GMT +8) on any business day will be processed on the same day.
• Orders received AFTER 9:00am ( Hong Kong time; GMT +8) on any business day will be processed on the next business day.
• Orders received on Sat, Sun or Hong Kong Public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business day excludes Sat, Sun & Hong Kong Public holidays.
• Oregon Scientific may change our processing days and times any time, and will endeavor to post these changes on the www.oregonscientific.com.hk site when it is available.

• Delivery within Hong Kong

                 -Normally 1-2 business days

• Delivery within Mainland China

                 - Guangdong Province: 2-3 business days
                 -Other major cities: 4-5 business days
                 -Other remote cities: 6-7 business days

• Delivery within Brunei, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Republic of China (Taiwan), Thailand and Vietnam

                 -Normally 3 business days

• Oregon Scientific will deliver the Products to the delivery address you have specified in the order form. Any delivery or shipment dates given by Oregon Scientific are best estimates only.
• Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Actual delivery schedule will depend on the logistics provider’s arrangements.
• In the event any of the Products ordered is out of stock, this may mean the whole order is delayed.
• Upon delivery of the Products to the carrier Oregon Scientific will send you a confirmation of shipment by e-mail
• Oregon Scientific shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given, or for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as (without limitation), customs clearance.
• Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products  

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees,, where applicable, are payable by you as indicated on your invoice. Shipping fees charged will be based on the gross weight of your order.  

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking ID will be available and you may enter this tracking ID into the relevant logistics provider’s web site to track the delivery status of your order. Please login to My Account > View Order History, and you will see the tracking ID next to your Order #.

All orders are in Hong Kong Dollars. You must pay in the currency as indicated on your invoice.
If you are paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged when we ship out your order from our warehouse. Oregon Scientific reserves the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.
If you are paying by PayPal or Alipay, you will be charged as your order is placed.
